3. 새 정부는 고용창출정책(일자리 만들기)을 위해 애를 많이 쓰고 있다. 그러나 “이해당사자 간의 대화, 타협, 양보가 전제되지 않으면 고용창출정책을 위해 만들어지는 많은 법이나 프로그램들의 실효성이 없다.”고 주장하는 노동시장론자들이 있다. 이들은 “행정부나 입법부가 이를 위해 이해당사자들을 적극적으로 중재하고 행정부 역시 그 가운데 하나로 역할을 해야 한다.”고 주장한다.

(비정규직 보호법, 임금피크제, 청년의무고용할당제, 일자리 나누기 정책 등의) 고용창출정책 가운데 하나를 골라서, 위의 주장을 적용해 보시오. 

4. 법교육에서의 교사의 역할에 관하여 논해 보시오.

[1] We use the term, “representative democracy,” often, but it is not clear what the ideal linkage between citizens and government officials should be. Describe (1) “descriptive representation” (or “mirroring”) and (2) political elite being “agents” for their constituents. Take the side of one principle and defend it. How would you persuade your students in your classroom?

[2] Comparing the performance level of different democracies in the world has become a growth industry in political science/education. There are many criteria with which one can measure the performance of democracies. Take the notion of ‘congruence.’ Summarize how recent literature addresses the issue. Does this literature have any relevance to political education?

You may answer the question either in English or in Korean.
